Nowadays lifestyle are changing and moodswings are become common part of our life there are so many things that are responsible for it mainly-
●hormonal imbalance and changing lifestyle
●stress and anixity is major cause of moodswings nowadays
●less or more depending on gadgets and people

● organization of the  Bed

Try and identify the moods you experience on a daily basis. Be aware of any negative thought patterns and write them down in a notebook.

Also, begin taking inventory of what currently isn’t working in your life – troubling relationships, health concerns or financial struggles. Write all those down.

To release the emotional tension this may cause, take the pieces of paper with all of the negative patterns and things not working in your life and burn them. As the paper burns, allow the negativity to disintegrate with it as well

●Take A Moment To Chill

When you feel your mood begin to change, take a moment to pause, breathe deeply and focus. Center your attention on something in the present, such as the sound of your breathing or the feeling of the wind on your skin.

By focusing your attention on something sensory you can take your mind away from negative thoughts and feelings.

If you feel overpowered during a mood swing and tend to lose rationality, sit down afterward and really think about what happened. Examine the event that changed your mood in relation to your reaction, and come up with a positive way of reacting to the same situation.

●Make Balance

Begin to assess all aspects of your lifestyle and address where you can improve.

  • Can you get more exercise?
  • Can you get more sleep?
  • Can you eat a balanced diet?

Addressing unhealthy habits can positively impact your mood because you are in control. Nothing can stand in your way.

●firstly be calm and talk to  the person (friend,mom,dad ,or anyone who you can trust) and share what you feel.
●trigger your moodswings we know that how and when we feel good or bad so when you feel like you're not feeling good just pause and prioritize yourself first and take a small break and do the things that makes you happy like~
●listen to your favourite songs.
●eat your favourite food.
●read your favorite book .
●pamper your self.
●give your self some time to heal and doing literaly nothing and just calm  enjoy your own company follow your little hobby from your bussiest life.

Note~moodswings are common when you're not feeling good once in a month and twice  because of perodic hormonal imbalance but if are not feeling good more than 6 month or more consult doctor.
