Basic skin care routine for all skin type.


●A cleanser removes the dirt, oil, and bacteria that you come in contact with during the day, or at night while you sleep. 

This first step in your routine is critical. 

Cleansing your face will help you start or end your day with fresh skin. 

Additionally, you’ll be able to receive the maximum benefits from the products you apply after cleansing, because your face will be free of any dirt and debris that would impact the way products are absorbed.

Patients with oily skin should look for foaming cleansers that remove excess oil and pore-clogging bacteria, while patients with dry skin should look for hydrating cleansers to help restore the skin’s moisture barrier.


Moisturize

Moisturizing is really important at night, as it creates a barrier that seals in active ingredients and hydration. This way, when you wake up, your skin is glowy and plump —and ready to start the day.


1-wash your face with paraben  free facewash twice in a day 
2-use moisturizer (water based mostizer are best for all skin type except dry skin types)
3-use suncream daily of atleast SPF 15 
its help to protect from wrinkles and early aging of skin.
